Shipping & Processing Information

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping within the USA and Canada. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days prior to shipment. Please note that processing times may vary during holidays and special sales events. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, unless arranged in advance.

Duties & Customs

For Canadian and international orders, all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In compliance with customs regulations, we are required to declare the full value of your order on the shipping documentation.

Please be aware that, in rare instances, customs agents may delay the delivery of your package. Any payment required to release your order from customs must be made by the customer and can typically be completed via credit card or cash on delivery (COD).
