Refund policy

Before initiating a return, the customer must contact AromaRama at info@myaromarama.com and provide their first name, last name, the email address used to place the order, and the order number.

We accept returns exclusively via mail and strongly recommend utilizing a shipping carrier that provides both insurance and tracking capabilities. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Please note that AromaRama is not liable for any packages lost during transit.

Return Policy for Scent Diffusers

Scent diffusers that have been altered, modified, damaged by the customer ,run with fragrance oil are deemed used and not eligible for return.. Brand new, unused with fragrance oil scent diffusers in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of  the delivery date for a full refund. Scent diffusers must be securely packed in a proper shipping box, as the product packaging is not sufficient for shipping. Please use appropriate protective materials to ensure safe return.

All used scent diffusers must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit.

 

Return Policy for Fragrance Oils

Unopened and sealed fragrance oils may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened, unsealed, or used oils are also eligible for return within 30 days, but will be issued store credit instead of a refund.
